What is Hypnosis:
Hypnosis refers to a state or condition in which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions. If the client is profoundly responsive, he or she hears, sees, feels, and tastes accordance with the suggestion given. When the client is in the suggestion state he or she is accessing the subconscious mind where one self can be altered by suggestions. Since the subconscious mind does not know the different between reality and illusion; hypnosis work with changing/improving habitual behaviour which the client’s is working towards to change.
Hypnosis assists clients with a range of issues that are for the most part causing them a problem in life. Typically, clients will either want to be able to do something that they currently cannot do, or stop doing something that they currently do.
Misconceptions of Hypnosis:

The function of your subconscious mind is to store and retrieve date; if you have limiting beliefs and habits that are “stuck” with you, it’s important to work with your subconscious mind to make changes and change the behaviour that limits you from achieving what you desire.
